Sagar Patel

Born into entrepreneurship as his parents ran multiple hotels during his childhood, several of which he lived in, Sagar saw firsthand the outcomes of hard work, dedication, and integrity.  Joining the family business almost 10 years ago, he has helped oversee and execute over $300M in real estate acquisition and development.

Dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation, Sagar co-founded Knowhere to explore opportunities for investment and collaboration to better the real estate sector beyond just the physical real estate which can include technology, services or new travel trends. In his role at Knowhere, he oversees the strategic direction of the vision and thesis of the company ensuring that we stay true to our approach which is rooted in collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset.

While not in the office, Sagar enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and exploring new places and playing basketball.
